Optional analytics

If you choose Allow analytics, the brochure sends anonymous browser and session identifiers, page views, interaction events, aggregate reading times, page-local tap coordinates, QR campaign parameters, approximate country and device category. The dashboard uses these events to measure exhibition engagement. We do not record screen video, microphone or typed content.

Enquiry data and incomplete forms

When you check the consent checkbox in the enquiry form, any personal information you have entered is saved automatically as a partially completed enquiry so our team can follow up, even if you leave before pressing Submit. This can include your name, phone number, email address, country, project interest, preferred contact method and message. A completed enquiry is stored separately. Marketing communications require a separate optional checkbox. Unchecking the consent option prevents additional partial-form transmissions.

Data handling

Contact data are encrypted on the server and accessible only to authorized exhibition staff. Session metrics are stored separately. Country is approximate and may be unavailable. Data are not automatically forwarded to an external CRM in this version.

Your choices

You may reject analytics and still view or download the brochure. Contact sales.office@pre.az to request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry details. You may also withdraw consent at any time for future processing.

Notice for deployment: before the exhibition, PASHA's privacy/legal team must approve retention periods, lawful basis, recipients and any cross-border transfers; the running site must implement the approved retention policy and consent mechanism.
